Reservation Policies

  • Standard Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 12:00 Noon and check-out by 11:00 AM.
  • ID Proof: Valid ID proof (Aadhar, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) is mandatory at the time of check-in. PAN cards are not accepted.
  • Child Policy: Children above 10 years are considered adults and will be charged accordingly.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
  • Prohibited Items: Carrying explosive materials of any kind is strictly prohibited.
  • Management Discretion: The management reserves the right to accept or deny any reservation.

Cancellation Policies

  • No-show Policy: No-shows will be considered confirmed bookings and no refunds will be processed.
  • Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to check-in will be charged for one day.
  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 48 hours.

Terms and Conditions

  • Visitor Policy: Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted.
  • Valuables: Guests are responsible for their valuables and belongings. The management will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
  • Compliance: Guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Disturbances due to behavior or noise levels are not tolerated.
  • Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property and will be required to compensate accordingly.
  • Substance Use: Guests under the influence of narcotics or banned substances will not be permitted and may be evicted.
  • Unethical Behavior: Guests exhibiting unethical behavior or causing a nuisance will be evicted.
  • Policy Modification: The management reserves the right to modify rules and regulations as necessary.
  • Policy Adherence: Guests must adhere to the policies laid out by the management, which reserves the right to deny or evict non-compliant guests.
